RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Partner Manager role is highly visible and focuses on managing and expanding relationships as well as all the contractual and administrative components. This position requires a combination of technology knowledge, business understanding and program management skills. Additionally this role will require ongoing communications, day to day operational issues, pricing negotiations, leading small to medium sized projects, and supporting larger RFP. The role will involve the creation, market analysis, negotiation, training, identifying and coordinating joint sales activities, and maintenance of activities surrounding partner technology management.

Successfully managing multiple relationships between North Highland and our technology partners and drive sales

Developing partnership relationships with new technology partners

Managing account timeline, budget and other critical administration responsibilities

Expand knowledge of sales skills, sales methodologies and sales processes

Develop a strategy and tactical work plan for optimizing the use of technology partners

Deliver Statements of Work and/or Service Level Agreements for vendors to align with North Highland’s organizational standards

Compiles required information and conducts performance reviews with select vendors on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.

Posts and distributes vendor performance measures across the division

Investigate vendor related issues and drive them to resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
-
2+ years of experience with a Business Intelligence vendor

2+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience

Willingness to travel

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
